Curry Goat with Rice & Peas & Dumpling

A special family recipe from my mum, inspired by the flavours of St Kitts and the West Indies. 

Tender goat, slow-cooked in a rich and aromatic Caribbean curry sauce, packed with warming spices and deep flavour. Served with fragrant rice & peas and a homemade dumpling.

Ingredients

Mutton , basmati rice, kidney beans, plain flour, onion, garlic, ginger, spring onion, fresh thyme, Scotch bonnet chilli, curry powder, allspice, turmeric, paprika, black pepper, vegetable oil and salt.
